Sarah Blankenbaker

Sarah Blankenbaker is an architectural designer based in Chicago, where she teaches design studios and technology seminars at the UIC School of Architecture. She has worked for Zago Architecture in Los Angeles and Terreform in New York, in addition to collaborating with offices in Chicago. While at Zago Architecture, she was part of the team that participated in Foreclosed: Rehousing the American Dream at MoMA in New York. Her own work has been shown in Chicago and Los Angeles. Sarah holds an M.Arch from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), where her thesis was awarded the highest distinction, and a BA in Mathematics and Visual Art from the University of Chicago.
