The AA/UIC Global Workshop attracts pragmatic idealists wishing to explore alternative forms of practice that creatively and collaboratively engage with our peers, our communities, and our world. These include students, recent graduates, and young professionals in the fields of architecture, landscape urbanism, graphic design, and related fields.

The AA/UIC Global Workshop requires a fee of £695 per participant, which includes a £60 Visiting Membership, made payable to the Architectural Association School of Architecture. Fees do not include flights or accommodation. The deadline for applications and payment is 1st June 2013. Late applications will incur a £50 surcharge. Applicants must be 18 years or older by 21st June 2013.

Visas
All participants traveling from abroad are responsible for securing any visa required to enter the United Kingdom, and are advised to contact their home embassy early. After payment of fees, the AA School can provide a letter confirming participation in the workshop.

Accommodation
The workshop fee does not include accommodation. However, below is a list of affordable accommodation that is close to the Architectural Association School of Architecture.
